Hello! Welcome to my all-new-super-vegan-cupcake-sweet-delights-extravaganza! I've been a connoisseur of cupcakes for quite some time. Every time I travel I always make sure to visit as many cupcake shops as possible. Why? Because cupcakes are baked miniature happiness. Colorful, delicious, artful, and not too lascivious (as a whole cake may be). But, sometimes there is something missing. As a food justice advocate I am critically concerned about human-environmental-animal welfare. Now, that puts a damper on the whole cupcake thing. Who wants to think about all that while they're eating cupcakes? Well, not me. So, I began using the best ingredients I could find (environmentally friendly, locally sourced when possible, and vegan), to make delightful, conscionable cupcakes. Now you can eat these magical little treats and know you're supporting something good. Also, 5% of profits will always go toward some awesome justice-working organization! But shhhhhhh! You don't have to tell your friends. They don't have to know just how vegan or justice-filled these cupcakes are. Unless, of course, you think that's awesome and want to tell them =)
